it's weird how my favourite places in town are not mexican :/
the first recomendation I'll make is "moon café" wich is located in Bolivar, near the boulevard. The second one is a coffee shop which is across the same street, called la Bella Italia
I'll try to bring some pics of these places when I pass by again
moon café is french and bella italia is well, Italian :P
maybe after a week eating regional food you want to change the routine and eat there, if you are from veracruz maybe this would be a good option too :)
